Description: Windows like this one seldom appear on the market. For the last fifteen years this pieces was in our personal collection. The continuous band of jewels making up the third border, the exceptional glass quality and the superiority of detail lead me to believe the panel was executed by Third Street Studios, one of America's best early Glass Studios.

Every piece in this window was hand-worked in one manner or another. All of the jewels were individually faceted by hand. Each beveled piece was cut and polished through a myriad of steps while being handheld. Before being cut into the correct shape, each variety of rippled glass used throughout the composition was hand-rolled with special or custom purpose.

The design is anything but typical. The stylized shell motif beveled work at the center work in perfect harmony with the sprays of jewels and the dignified scrolling foliation.

The end result of employing a truly sophisticated design, hand created materials, and, ultimately the finest craftsmen, was worth all the effort. It is a resplendent window.
